Responsible Corporate Governance

Our ESG strategy, our Code of Conduct, and clear corporate governance and compliance structures set the direction.

• Clear Goals and Guidelines: Principles, voluntary commitments, and specific sustainability goals – such as our climate protection target – provide guidance that goes beyond legal requirements. This also includes international guidelines such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
• Link to Incentive Systems: Sustainability goals are embedded in the compensation packages for our Executive Board and international senior management – for example, in the areas of climate protection and food waste reduction. Employee Engagement: Through regular employee surveys, internal communication channels, and various sustainability activities, we foster engagement within the company.
• Collaboration beyond the company: Through participation in associations, initiatives, and committees, as well as dialogue with decision-makers in politics and society, we work together to advance sustainable development.
